Epoxy Joint Sealant for concrete floors

Joints in concrete floors can be a source of dust, are easily damaged and also can fill with dirt, debris and waste from products. ACM offer a flexible epoxy joint sealant which has special properties to give 10% expansion characteristics. This means the product can cope with slight movement without cracking. We do also offer ACM PU Joint Sealent for extremely critical applications because the product has 40% flexibility.

The advantage of an epoxy joint sealant over a mastic or silicone is that the epoxy provides a touch surface which will protect the edges of the concrete slabs. The epoxy has high compressive strength and even resists chemicals.

Application is achieved by mixing the two components and simply pouring into the pre-prepared joint. After overnight cure the product is ready for full traffic.
