Wall repairs with a vertical grade epoxy mortar

A conventional repair mortar used on floors would not be generally suitable for repairing vertical faces. This is because sand (the most common filler for such products) is too heavy and gravity pulls the repair out of the wall. ACM have the solution to this problem; we offer ACM Epoxy Mortar Vertical Grade which contains a special lightweight aggregate invented specifically for lightweight material applications. The fill is hollow on a microscopic scale so effectively reduces the density of the finished product.

This product can be used to repair damaged lintels, concrete pillars, sills, beams, render and stonework. ACM Epoxy Mortar Vertical Grade is a a special blend of fine aggregates, epoxy resin and cold curing hardener which produces a tough resilient surface harder than concrete and extremely chemical resistant. It is applied by mixing the two components together and placing with a trowel like a conventional mortar; no special skills are required.
