Flexible Floor Coating

For floors where there is heavy vibration or movement, a typical epoxy floor paint may not have sufficient flexibility to withstand the flexing and therefore may crack. ACM offer Flexicoat, a two part polyurethane coating which imparts the necessary flexibility but also has superior chemical resistance over epoxy paints.

ACM Flexicoat is steam cleanable, comfortable underfoot and even helps to supress noise. We strongly recommend this product is mixed using a whisk attached to a drill rather than hand mixing.

A 5L unit will cover 20sq.m per coat, and one coat often suffices, although where shotblasting is utilised for floor preparation, two coats will be required.
