ACM Surefoot - A Finely Textured Slip Resistant Floor Paint

	Epoxy Based Safety Flooring For Industry
	A lightly textured epoxy resin roller applied treatment for general factory floor areas. Slip hazard is considerably reduced. Solvent free, very low odour formation.

	Advantages: ACM SUREFOOT greatly increases grip for pedestrians and vehicles. Chemical resistance is good and the tough epoxy resin ensures durability. An attractive sheen finish is provided.

	Pack Size/Coverage: 5 litre packs, coverage approximately 30sq. m. Two coats are usually applied.

	Surface preparation: Prepare new hard concrete(minimum 28days), hardened, or mildly dusty (laitence) floors with Floorsaver Etching Fluid. Oily areas should be treated with Floorsaver Degreaser. Information sheets describing these materials are available.

	Application procedure: Thoroughly mix the two liquid components of the ACM SUREFOOT pack. We recommend the use of a slow speed drill and stirrer attachment (available from ACM if required). Spatulas or other square edged implements area acceptable if used dilligently. Apply by roller. The second coat should be applied when the coat has cured (usually overnight).

	Curing: Within 24hrs at normal temperature.

	Cleaning: Brush or scrubbing machine fitted with light bristle heads.

	Note: Store in reasonably warm areas. Use ACM HB EPOXY RESIN SEALER with ACM grit for fire escapes, ramps, and other areas where aggressive slip resistance is required.
